Over the past fifty years, Jerry has built a successful real estate portfolio, frequently partnering with other developers and investors. Fred Glick, Jerry’s son, joined Columbia Group in 2012 to manage projects and to help secure new opportunities.

Most of the projects that Jerry and Fred have developed have been properties that have taken considerable time to mature and have entailed significant entitlement challenges, including rezoning and historic preservation processes. Extensive, in-depth neighborhood and public engagement have been a hallmark of Jerry and Fred’s work.
