COLUMBIA GROUP  LLLP COLUMBIA GROUP LLLP is a developer, manager, and owner of real estate properties, primarily in Denver, Colorado. Jerry Glick formed the company in 1973. Columbia Group develops adaptive reuse historic buildings, commercial mixed use properties, low to moderate income residential apartments that are coupled with retail uses, and a variety of other commercial and residential buildings. Columbia Group is affiliated with Urban Ventures LLC, a developer of dense urban multi-family projects, student housing projects, and projects that utilize manufactured housing products. Jerry is active in community organizations, currently serving as the Chairman of the Downtown Denver Partnership, and as Co-Chairman of the Denver Union Station Project Authority. He is past Chairman of the Denver Urban Renewal Authority, past Chairman of Denver Civic Ventures, and served on the Union Station Advisory Committee, among others.
